We’re a lively and diverse community inspired by the teachings of the Gospel and the examples set by Saints Francis and Clare. It doesn’t matter who you are male or female, single, married, or part of a couple, clergy or lay, we invite everyone to join us.
Our Ministries got off to a start on July 14, 2014, and in 2020, the Canadian Franciscan Province embraced a new identity to better reflect our community. We’re buzzing with anticipation for January 14, 2025, when we plan to amend our constitution and transition into what we’re calling the New Life Catholic Ministry.
So, whether you’re seeking spiritual growth, a supportive community, or just a way to deepen your faith, we invite you to join us on this journey. Together, we can live out our calling, inspired by the life and teachings of St. Francis!
Ecclesiastical provinces
An ecclesiastical province is a fundamental form of jurisdiction in Christian churches. It includes churches of Western and Eastern Christianity with traditional hierarchical structures. An ecclesiastical province consists of several dioceses (or eparchies), one of which is the archdiocese (or archeparchy). A Superintendant bishop is the heads of it and has ecclesiastical jurisdiction over all other bishops of the province.
The Metropolitan Archbishop Eric Michel is the overseer of the provinces of America, Africa and South America.

Cenacle Prayer Group:
Embracing the Call of Our Blessed Mother. She has asked that the laity, especially families and children, be included in her Movement. The Cenacle comprises a Rosary, Songs, Meditation, Consecration, Petitions, Thanksgiving and a reading of Faustina’s words from her “Book.” Join us in the Marian Group: Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary Cenacle.
